Refund Policy

At ADI KAILASH RETREAT HOTEL & HOME STAY, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for all guests.

Booking Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made through phone, email, or the booking platform used for reservation.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing and booking type.

Refund Terms

More Than 15 Days Before Check-In

  • Eligible for up to 90% refund
  • Processing charges may apply

7–15 Days Before Check-In

  • Eligible for up to 50% refund

Less Than 7 Days Before Check-In

  • No refund will be provided

No-Show Policy

  • No refund will be issued for no-shows or unused bookings.

Peak Season & Special Yatra Bookings

  • During Adi Kailash Yatra season, holidays, or peak tourist periods, bookings may be non-refundable or subject to higher cancellation charges.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be transferred through the original payment method whenever possible.

Weather & Natural Conditions

  • Refunds for cancellations due to weather conditions, landslides, roadblocks, or government restrictions will be considered according to the management policy and local travel conditions.

Early Check-Out

  • No refund will be provided for early departure after check-in.

Modification of Booking

  • Date changes or booking modifications are subject to room availability and management approval.
