Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ADI KAILASH RETREAT HOTEL & HOME STAY. By booking a room, visiting our property, or using our services, guests agree to follow the following Terms & Conditions.

Booking & Reservation

  • All bookings are subject to room availability.
  • Advance payment may be required to confirm reservations.
  • Guests must provide valid identification proof during check-in.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
  • Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.

Payment Policy

  • Guests are required to clear all outstanding payments before check-out.
  • We accept UPI, bank transfer, online payments, and cash.
  • Tariffs may change during peak seasons, holidays, or special events.

Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the cancellation period.
  • No refund for no-shows or last-minute cancellations during peak season.
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 working days.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

  • Maintain cleanliness and decorum
  • Respect local culture and other guests
  • Avoid illegal activities, smoking, or excessive noise inside rooms
  • Be responsible for any damage caused to hotel property

Safety & Security

  • Guests are requested to take care of their valuables.
  • The management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
  • Dangerous or illegal items are strictly prohibited on the property.

Children Policy

  • Children below 5 years may stay free without extra bedding.
  • Extra bedding charges apply for older children.

Pets Policy

  • Pets may be allowed only with prior permission from management.

Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or inconvenience caused due to natural disasters, roadblocks, weather conditions, landslides, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

All website content, images, logos, and materials belong to ADI KAILASH RETREAT HOTEL & HOME STAY and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Rights of Management

Management reserves the right to:

  • Refuse admission if necessary
  • Modify room tariffs and policies without prior notice
  • Cancel bookings in unavoidable circumstances
